About Mona Pretorius de Lacey.

Mona (on the right of the picture) is the Commonwealth Games 2018 Bronze Medalist, 2018 African Champion, and 4x World Championship competitor in the sport of Weightlifting.

Her other sporting achievements are being a 6x World Karate Champion and CrossFit Games competitor.

Having finished university graduating with a Masters in Sports Psychology with a Sport Science undergraduate degree, Mona has been coaching weightlifting, CrossFit and strength & conditioning for 10+ years.

She is currently training for the Olympic dream come Tokyo 2021.

Mona loves to help people from all walks of life. Training and sport psychology isn't just reserved for athletes.

About James de Lacey.

James has worked around the world as a Strength & Conditioning coach in professional and International Rugby Union and Rugby League.

He has completed his Masters in Sport and Exercise Science and published two academic research journals to the Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research in the area of Power-Force-Velocity Profiling and Tapering in Professional Rugby League.
